functions and a clear navigation menu.
Simple control – secure programming
In Müller robotics the most modern control technology is used,
along with a proven high-performance bus-system. Visualised
graphic robot programming, as well as free parametrising
(teach-in procedure) permit the fast and reliable definition,
adaptation and archiving of production processes.
Further advantages are the extremely short training times needed for the operating staff and the absolute transparency as regards the production process.
If requested, the controls can also be networked with higher-ranking production control systems.
Modems or Ethernets for remote diagnosis
At Müller, the application of modems or ethernets for remote diagnosis is
standard practice. If required, this allows a speedy optimisation
of processes, and also helps restrict the search areas for faults
and to react to them immediately. In this way, production down-time
is reduced to a minimum.
Quality monitoring
To guarantee a maximum of reliability during the production process,
Müller also offers an integrated quality check of the moulded parts
by means of a Vision-System.
